HighGrove Partners, LLC (“HighGrove”), an Atlanta-based commercial landscaping company, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Lawn Enforcement Agency (“LEA”), headquartered in Gainesville, Florida. HighGrove is backed by Agellus Capital, LLC (“Agellus”), a middle-market private equity firm focused on essential services businesses.
Founded by Mike Troiano in 1994, LEA delivers comprehensive landscape management, enhancements, and irrigation services to a broad base of clients throughout North and Central Florida. The company operates out of three locations in Gainesville, Bunnell, and Ocala, Florida.
