LPT Aperture Holdings, the operating name of LPT Holdings, Inc. (“LPTA”), parent company of LPT Realty and Aperture Global Real Estate, was recognized with three wins across two Inman awards programs spotlighting innovation in real estate: the Inman Innovators Awards, now in its 29th year of honoring the people and companies reshaping the industry, and the Inman Golden I Club, Inman’s premier honor in luxury real estate, now in its seventh year. Winners were announced live Tuesday, July 28, at Inman Connect San Diego, the annual gathering of top residential real estate leaders.
LPT Realty won Most Innovative Brokerage at the 2026 Inman Innovators Awards, marking the second time the brokerage has received the honor since first winning it in 2024. The win adds to LPTA’s past recognition in the program, which also includes Most Innovative Use of Video in 2025 for Aperture Global Real Estate’s launch video. Martha Johnson of Aperture Global Real Estate was honored with the 2026 Inman Golden I Club’s Top Luxury Agent distinction.
Speculo, an AI-powered database engagement and intent-detection platform whose acquisition by LPTA was announced yesterday, won Most Innovative Lead Servicing Solution and was also a finalist for Most Innovative Client Experience Solution, both for its AI teammate, Remi. Remi helps real estate professionals and organizations identify consumer intent within their existing databases and surfaces opportunities for timely human engagement, keeping the agent at the center of the transaction. Speculo joins RESIDE Platform, a coaching and leadership development platform, in LPTA’s growing portfolio of brokerage-agnostic platforms serving the broader residential real estate industry.
The three 2026 wins were part of a record eight finalist nominations for LPTA in a single year, spanning both awards programs. In the 2026 Inman Innovators Awards, LPTA was a finalist in Innovator of the Year for founder and CEO Robert Palmer, Company of the Year for LPT Aperture Holdings, and Most Innovative Marketing or Branding Campaign for LPT Realty’s Dezzy Awards program and its accompanying national media campaign in The Wall Street Journal and USA Today.
In the 2026 Inman Golden I Club program, Aperture Global Real Estate was a finalist for Top Luxury Brokerage, in addition to Johnson’s win for Top Luxury Agent.
“We’re honored to have Inman’s recognition extend across the LPTA family. What we develop and scale, from marketing tools to technology systems, is guided by a core goal: enabling real estate professionals and organizations to drive their success on their own terms,” said Robert Palmer, founder and CEO of LPT Aperture Holdings. “I’m proud to serve amazing entrepreneurs like Martha Johnson, whose impact is reflected across her business and client relationships. And it’s a privilege to back Riley VanderKaay and Bobby Moats, the founders of Speculo, whose ability to pair AI-driven insight with human timing helps more agents and operators across our sector work with precision.”
