MILWAUKEE, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — ManpowerGroup today released Working to Change the World: Human First, Digital Always, its 2025-2026 Sustainability Report, highlighting progress across its People & Prosperity, Planet, and Principles of Governance pillars. The report details how the company is expanding access to skills and work, advancing climate action, and strengthening responsible governance as AI transforms the future of work.
“Helping people find meaningful work is one of the most powerful ways we can change lives. As AI reshapes work, our focus is on making sure people have the skills, confidence and access to opportunity they need to move forward,” said Ruth Harper, ManpowerGroup Chief Marketing & Sustainability Officer. “This report shows practical progress – creating talent at scale, opening pathways into emerging roles, and using technology in ways that strengthen people, not replace them.”
“The world of work is being reshaped at extraordinary speed. Technology and evolving skills requirements are transforming how organizations grow and how people build their careers,” ManpowerGroup Chair & CEO Jonas Prising said. “The organizations that thrive will be those that combine technology with human capability in ways that expand access to opportunity, strengthen workforce resilience, and help people create value in new ways. This year’s Working to Change the World report reflects that commitment.”
