As Longevity Medicine Moves Toward Consumers, CALM 2027 Puts Practitioners at the Center
PR Newswire
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Sept. 30, 2026
nuBioAge’s third annual clinical longevity conference returns February 19–20, bringing together leading physicians, educators, regulatory experts, and industry partners focused on what practitioners need to deliver better care and build stronger practices.
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Sept. 30, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — As longevity medicine grows, so does the number of therapies, technologies, diagnostics, and ideas competing for a practitioner’s attention. The harder part is knowing what belongs in clinical practice.

That is the focus of CALM: the Clinical Application of Longevity Medicine, returning February 19–20, 2027, at the Omni in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Now in its third year, the nuBioAge-hosted event is built specifically for the physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, medical leaders, and clinical teams responsible for delivering longevity medicine. Its programming centers on the decisions they make every day: how to evaluate emerging therapies, interpret increasingly complex patient data, use new technology responsibly, build the systems required to deliver care consistently, and determine what is genuinely useful for the patients in front of them.
Every year, CALM attendees leave with clinical education, trusted partnerships, and meaningful connections designed to help them deliver better care, build stronger practices, and move longevity medicine forward.
Among this year’s featured speakers are Amy Killen, MD, Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Humanaut Health and author of the forthcoming The Female Longevity Advantage; Elizabeth Yurth, MD, Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Boulder Longevity Institute and a leading clinician in regenerative, peptide, and cellular medicine; and Tracy Gapin, MD, author of Doctor 2.0 and founder of Peak Launch Institute, where he trains physicians how to scale cash-based precision performance practices.
They will be joined by Philip Deibel, MD, FACOG, DipABLM, Founder and CEO of D5 Health; Lexi Yoo, FNP-BC/CPNP, IFMCP, CEO of Yoo Direct Health; along with physicians, practice leaders, regulatory experts, and professionals who advise the FDA.
CALM selects speakers not only for their clinical knowledge, but for how they apply it in practice. From nuBioAge Scientific Team members to invited guest speakers, faculty actively treat patients, bring years of experience applying emerging therapies and technologies, and are selected for their ability to translate complex science into practical clinical education.
Over two days, the programming will examine the evolving clinical and regulatory landscape surrounding peptide therapy; the real-world use of agentic AI and practice intelligence; how clinicians can turn increasingly sophisticated diagnostics and patient data into clearer treatment decisions; and the infrastructure, operations, and patient experience behind successful longevity practices.
The program will also address areas of aging medicine that have historically received less attention, including women’s reproductive aging, hormone health, and sexual health, with Killen and Yoo among the clinicians bringing those conversations into the broader longevity discussion.
While CALM remains clinically focused, nuBioAge believes excellent care depends on more than clinical knowledge alone. Practitioners also need effective systems, trusted partners, capable teams, and sustainable practice models to deliver a consistently high standard of care. Physicians and operators building successful longevity practices will share what they have learned about creating that infrastructure in the real world.
Just as important as the programming is the access around it. CALM is intentionally designed to keep clinicians, educators, technology leaders, and industry partners in conversation beyond the stage. Attendees can ask questions directly, compare approaches with peers, explore potential collaborations, and build relationships that continue long after the event ends.
“We built CALM for the people responsible for actually delivering longevity medicine,” said Leonard Pastrana, PharmD, Co-Founder of nuBioAge. “As more of the industry moves directly toward consumers, we believe the future of this field should be led by thoughtful, forward-looking medical practitioners. CALM puts the best clinical teachers, the most useful technologies, experts building successful practices, and companies committed to supporting medical practitioners in one room. We want attendees to leave with more than inspiration. We want them to leave with greater confidence, stronger relationships, and practical knowledge they can use to improve patient care.”
That practitioner-focused approach also shapes the companies nuBioAge brings into the CALM ecosystem.
This year, Biote joins CALM as its Foundational Partner, supporting the event at its highest partnership level and playing a central role within the broader longevity ecosystem being assembled around the conference.
“Biote is proud to support the advancement of longevity medicine, and we believe hormone optimization is a core component of that future. By bringing together the clinicians, educators, and innovators shaping the future of healthy aging, partnerships like this one are how the field moves forward,” said Dr. Komal Bajaj, Chief Medical Officer of Biote.
CALM 2027 also welcomes HeadsUp Health, PNOE, and Peak Launch Institute as Integrated Partners, representing complementary areas of technology, diagnostics, clinical assessment, data intelligence, performance, and practice growth.
nuBioAge’s partnership model centers on complementary capabilities and how these companies can collectively support practitioners—from collecting and interpreting patient data to measuring metabolic function, implementing treatment, and strengthening the systems around clinical care.
The exhibit floor extends that ecosystem across precision diagnostics, cardiovascular imaging, genomics, epigenetics, laboratory testing, pharmacy, clinical technology, and patient care, with participating companies including Dutch, Cleerly, IntellxxDNA, InBody, TruDiagnostic, Luqra, Acorn Labs, Vibrant Labs, Ultralight, Zero Gravity, nuHx, and Progress Pharmacy.
For medical practitioners deciding what comes next for their patients and practices, CALM is designed to put the right knowledge, resources, and relationships within reach.
