Bertasi, who previously served as Chief Customer Officer, joined Appdome in 2023 and has been instrumental in accelerating the company’s business growth.

Prior to becoming President, Bertasi served as Appdome’s Chief Customer Officer, leading the company’s Customer Success and New Customer teams. In addition to record growth on the top line, she also activated Appdome’s customer voice, resulting in Appdome receiving 68 G2 leadership badges across 12 market segments including fraud prevention, bot detection, mobile security and Rapid Mobile Application Development. 

Before joining Appdome, Bertasi spent six years as President and Chief Operating Officer of Totango, a leading customer success automation company. Earlier in her career, she was General Manager of Microsoft’s SaaS Speech Solutions business, scaling it to $200 million in revenue, and held sales and strategy leadership roles at Narrative, Homesuite and IBM. 

As President, Bertasi will continue to report directly to Appdome’s CEO, Tom Tovar, and work closely with other executives, including Avi Yehuda, Appdome’s Co-Creator and CTO, and Chris Roeckl, Appdome’s Chief Customer Officer, to lead all global go-to-market and customer engagement functions.
